The company was founded in 1977, and currently its sole shareholder, holding 100% of shares, is Cordia International Zrt. Cordia is one of the largest companies in the development industry in Central Europe - it carries out projects in Poland, Romania, Spain and Hungary.In 2020, it became the owner of the British development company Blackswan Property and the development company Polnord. It also holds shares in Argo Properties based in Germany.
